Blanc de Blancs Crémant de Bordeaux 2020. To think that we planted the vineyard for this in 2004, some 20+ years ago. The vines are lovingly tended through to the hand picking in August, with the whole bunches going into the press. The juice is fermented in a chilled stainless steel vat, with a second fermentation in bottle later on by adding yeast and sugar to create the fine bubbles.

The back label: ''Lovely, sparkling Crémant made in the ‘méthode traditionnelle’, using our hand picked Sémillon grapes from a single block, with a second fermentation in bottle. This dry Blanc de Blancs was aged on its lees for over 24 months for a slightly richer, fuller taste.' 11% vol.

Sauvignon Blanc 2024. A new release for Spring 2025. Our most popular wine and we're really pleased with the quality of our 2024 vintage for the whites and rosé, despite a smaller crop.

From Rick's wine list at The Seafood Restaurant in Padstow (Sept 2004): ‘An aromatic, zesty Sauvignon Blanc so good that we stuck our name on it. Made by our friend Gavin Quinney at his Château in the Entre-Deux-Mers, where I think they make some of the finest Sauvignon.’

The back label: 'This was our 25th vintage, as our first full season was in 2000. Our dry white from that year was chosen by Rick Stein as a ‘special selection’ so, as they celebrate 50 years at his famous Seafood Restaurant, our crisp Sauvignon Blanc has racked up 25 years there.' 12.5% vol

Les Trois Hectares blanc 2022. 2022 was an excellent year for our old Sémillon vines, which coped well with the drought and summer warmth thanks to their well-established roots. It's by far the richest vintage so far for Les Trois Hectares blanc, and our favourite to date. It's plump and comforting yet the peachy, stone fruit character is balanced by a lime and citrus core running through it for a throughly satisfying glass of wine.

The back label: "Les Trois Hectares is a single vineyard of old Sémillon vines that were planted in 1947, along with around 10% of Sauvignon Blanc and other old varieties in the field blend from the same block. A dry white that works well with good food or simply on its own." 12.5% vol

Rosé 2024. A new release for Spring 2025. Our pale, popular rosé and we're really pleased with the quality of our 2024 vintage, despite a smaller crop.

The back label: 'Our 25th vintage. The house Rosé for Rick Stein for well over a decade, we picked our red grapes early (40% Cabernet Franc, 40% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon) and used just the free-run juice for this delicious, pale and dry wine, before pressing the skins.' 12.5% vol.'

Bordeaux Supérieur 2019. Our classic Bordeaux red from the excellent 2019 vintage. A medium-to-full-bodied claret for drinking now or keep for a few years.

This has evolved superbly after more than three years in bottle now, and slips down all too easily. We made it from 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon from the vines on the south and west facing slopes and from those on the plateau near the château. Fermented in stainless steel vats, with some aged in oak.

The back label: ‘2019 saw a long, hot summer here with just enough rain, then a fine, sunny harvest. A medium to full bodied blend of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, this can be kept for a few years through it's supple and fruity enough to enjoy quite young.’ 14% vol.

Les Trois Hectares rouge 2020. This the new, delicious vintage of our special cuvée red, made with lower yields and aged in French oak barrels. Fuller bodied than our classic Bordeaux Supérieur red and it deservedly sells for a modest premium, we think. The 2020, an excellent year for Bordeaux and indeed for this wine, is drinkable now but it will age well for a good few years too.

The back label: "This special cuvée was made from 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon from the same block and aged in small French oak barrels. A medium to full bodied red, it's ripe and supple enough to drink young or it will develop well in bottle over many years." 13.5% vol.
