Bordeaux Supérieur 2018. The most recent vintage of our classic red and already drinking well - absolutely fine on its own though better with good food. This 2018 has a Diam cork which eliminates the risk of cork taint, so it's well matched for large dinners, parties or weddings.

The back label: "2018 was a fine vintage with a damp spring, a hot summer and a sunny harvest. A medium to full bodied blend of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, this can be kept for a few years although it's supple and fruity enough to enjoy quite young." 14% alc.

Bordeaux Supérieur 2019. New release, November 2023. Our classic Bordeaux red from the excellent 2019 vintage. A medium-to-full-bodied claret for drinking now or keep for a few years.

We're already drinking this, having thought it might be a bit 'young' and tannic. Yet it's come round after more than two years in bottle and slips down all too easily. We made it from 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon from the vines on the south and west facing slopes and from those on the plateau near the château. Fermented in stainless steel vats, with some aged in oak. Ready to enjoy after a few years, either with good food or on its own.

The back label: ‘2019 saw a long, hot summer here with just enough rain, then a fine, sunny harvest. A medium to full bodied blend of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, this can be kept for a few years through it's supple and fruity enough to enjoy quite young.’ 14% alc.

Bordeaux Supérieur limited edition 2021. A limited edition, this fine 2021 is a tasty blend of 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. Though not a powerful vintage, this medium bodied Bordeaux is really digestible, slipping down all too easily. Serve with good food or enjoy it on its own.

Les Trois Hectares rouge 2019The back label: "A special cuvée, this blend of 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon was made from two parcels of vines in a single block, and aged in small French oak barrels. A full bodied wine, it's ripe enough to drink young or keep it for years. Best decanted." 14% vol.

Les Trois Hectares rouge 2020. The new, delicious vintage of our special cuvée red, made with lower yields and aged in French oak barrels. Fuller bodied than our classic Bordeaux Supérieur red and it deservedly sells for a modest premium, we think. The 2020, an excellent year for Bordeaux and indeed for this wine, is drinkable now but it will age well for a good few years too.

The back label: "This special cuvée was made from 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon from the same block and aged in small French oak barrels. A medium to full bodied red, it's ripe and supple enough to drink young or it will develop well in bottle over many years." 13.5% alc.

Les Trois Hectares rouge 2021. This special cuvée was made from 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon from the same block and aged in small French oak barrels. A medium to full bodied red, the 2021 vintage can be enjoyed quite young, though it will develop well in bottle over several years.
