What a cracking case of 3 magnums this is. A magnum is the equivalent of two bottles (2 x 75cl = 150cl). All these are sealed using a Diam cork which has had the risk of cork taint removed, so you can rely on every magnum.

Sauvignon Blanc 2023. This is a classy, elegant dry white that's crisp and refreshing but with a moreish and mouth-filling texture. 2023 was a warm growing season after a wet spring, and we had plenty of sun and just enough rain for the grapes to fully ripen by the end of the summer hols. 12.5% natural alcohol is the right level for our Sauvignon Blanc which is all dry-grown, with no irrigation.
The back label: 'This was our 25th harvest, all with Daniel and Nelly in the vineyard. The house wine at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay and a special selection for Rick Stein, our estate-grown Sauvignon Blanc (90%) with a little Sémillon makes a versatile, lovely, crisp and dry white. 12.5% vol.'
Rosé 2023. This rosé is pale and dry and deliciously refreshing. It works well with or without the sunshine - and it's terrific with all sorts of food as well, not just on its own as a summer quaffer.
The back label: ''Our 25th harvest. The house rosé for Rick Stein for well over a decade, we picked our red grapes early (40% Cabernet Franc, 40% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon) and used just the free-run juice for this delicious, pale and dry wine, before pressing the skins. 12.5% vol.'
Bordeaux Supérieur 2019. New release, November 2023. Our classic Bordeaux red from the excellent 2019 vintage. A medium-to-full-bodied claret for drinking now or keep for a few years.
We're already drinking this, having thought it might be a bit 'young' and tannic. Yet it's come round after more than two years in bottle and slips down all too easily. We made it from 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon from the vines on the south and west facing slopes and from those on the plateau near the château. Fermented in stainless steel vats, with some aged in oak. Ready to enjoy after a few years, either with good food or on its own.
The back label: ‘2019 saw a long, hot summer here with just enough rain, then a fine, sunny harvest. A medium to full bodied blend of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, this can be kept for a few years through it's supple and fruity enough to enjoy quite young.’ 14% alc.
